At the Zach Bryan Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tour merchandise and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
